Sports is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.

The Mangaldan District 2 of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, Philippines opened a District-wide Sports Clinic last May 6, 2019, held at the Mangaldan Integrated School SPED Center (MISSC)... Whereas, Scout Via Mari De Vera was chosen to be the chair trainer in the field of Arnis which is the Phillippine Martial Arts and also the National Sport of the Philippines. Arnis also known as Kali or Eskrima, is the national sport and martial art of the Philippines. The three are roughly interchangeable umbrella terms for the traditional martial arts of the Philippines.

There are schedules during the Sports Clinic specialized in Arnis... the First training was on May 8, 2019 which Sct. De Vera taught the young aspiring elementary students the basics of Arnis. The basic strikes and the basic defenses of Arnis.

there are second, third, fourth and fifth meetings also where Sct. De Vera same with Sct. De Guzman taught the Young aspirants the beauty and artistry of the famous "Anyo" where you express your feelings and anger through dancing and shoutings. As an Arnisador, it is really important to have self discipline in yourselves and to know how to respect each opponent. 

the meeting and training will still be continued on the school days in preparation for the sports meet and to prepare young aspirants for self defense and to be eager to defend themselves at any risks and in anytime.
