The Southern Regional Pre-ALT (Guide) Course was held at Besant Park Doddaballapur Karnataka state from 16th - 20th Dec., 2014. In which 16 adult leaders participated from Kerala and Karnataka state. On 16th Dec., 14 at 11:30 hrs had registration followed by Prayer & flag & intregation session. After the group division the participants were left to settle down as per their group. In the second half session on Fundamental was dealt by LOC & all the Participants were took for a Camp tour, with sing song the first days activity was closed. Second day onwards with B.P Six the day’s activity use to begin & there after as usual inspection, Prayer & Flag. According to the day to day program 14 Program Ideals, Training & Testing, OPTRA, SOT, Micro Teaching, Quiz, Helping the course leader, Youth Program, Leadership & Qualities, Campany Meeting, COH, Pow Wow, PMSC, FBM, Camp fire on course, First Aid upto Tritiya Sopan, Counseling was dealt. Also had the assessment on B.P Six, Flag Procedure, Games & session demonstration too. Ms. S. K. Prabha, LT (G), Jt. State Secretary of Karnataka state too visited & blessed the participants. Ms. M. N. Machamma, LT (B), DDGLT was the Leader of the Course, with the help of invited staff from Tamil Nadu & Karnataka conducted the course.
