On the eve of Mahashivratri, Rover crew of Digamber Jain College, Baraut under the guidance of Dr Mahesh Kumar Muchhal did their service in Shivratri fair, Pura Mahadev, Baleni. Rovers along with the administration maintained transport, parking, fooding facilities.
