Scouts of Tshangkha Central School initiated to plant 155 cypress seedlings. The day was observed with Marchang ceremony and followed by welcome speech and talk on the importance of the day the Chief Guest, GUP (Gewog Administartion of Tangsibjee). The lopen from Tshangkha Shedra talked on the benefits of plantation from Buddhist perspectives and Vice Principal of Tshangkha School demonstrated on plantation. 8 Community Based Scouts also participated. Guest from Gewog RNR and also participated. The fund was sponsored by Jigme Singye Wangchuk National Park. BBS news reporter Mr. Surjaman also came for news coverage. There were few cultural items by the Scouts also.
