Smart Traffic Management Solves Congestion Issues

The country's instability and security worries prompted Iftekher Sany to work with Rokhara to manage traffic for seven days, assuring safety and smooth flow. Their program was to aid the administration in addressing the widespread problem of traffic congestion in metropolitan areas. Frequent roadblocks, particularly those created by unregistered and illegal rickshaws, add greatly to delays. Seeing these issues firsthand motivated us to take action and assist prevent additional congestion.

Members of the Bangladesh Institute of Glass and Ceramic Rover Scout Group began the project from 07/08/2024 to 18/08/2024 in FDC Mor, Tejgaon, with 20 scouts taking part. We collaborated with traffic police to alleviate traffic bottlenecks and enhance public knowledge about traffic rules and regulations. Iftekher Sany and a buddy took on the job of regulating traffic for 7 days to maintain a steady flow. Their project intended to help the administration’s efforts to manage congestion.

About 4,350 people benefited from the project, gaining knowledge about traffic rules and regulations and understanding how to follow them effectively. Through this initiative, we learned the importance of properly utilizing and maintaining traffic rules to ensure safety on the roads. Additionally, Iftekher Sany, along with a friend, took responsibility for managing traffic for 7 days, which reinforced the significance of collaborative efforts in ensuring safe and smooth traffic flo
