The Commemoration of the Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, in collaboration with other government agencies, annually holds a two -day Kalayaan activity dubbed "Mga Pampamahalaang Programa at Serbisyo" show casting the various programs and services offered by government agencies. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines is under of Government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC). The show casting the Programs of BSP, the projects , like Messengers of Peace, and services rendered by BSP which is Duty to God and country, Duty to others and Duty to self.
