On the special festival of ShivRatri when the temple Pashupatinath become the most crowded for the worship, Nepal Scouts send about 100s of Rovers And Rangers as a volunteers on the location for the proper management of the devotees in the day. For the service, on the behalf of Dynamic Scout Unit, __Rover & Rangers were active in the place among which I was one. We were there From 20st Feb for the service upto 21nd Feb.
