This is the 3rd national scouting skills competition and the 1st international scouting skills competition held by the Shiang Yang open scout troop. Our troop won the 2nd runner up for foot drill competition and the 1st runner up for backwoods competition. There are also participants from Osaka, Japan and Brunei.
