Shaki scout team was informed practically and comprehensively about Security, Medical assistance, Radiation protection, Fire balloon usage ,right rules of using a walkie-talkie ( a handheld transceiver, or HT) at the Fire and Emergency Security Service Center of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Shaki on 8th of May.
