Serving with spirit: The GMC ritual journey

This volunteering experience was new and enriching for all of us. We had the opportunity to learn teamwork, patience, and coordination while handling a large crowd. Despite the challenges of long hours, managing overwhelming numbers of people, and working under pressure, we remained dedicated to our service. The presence of RBP and Dessungs helped us manage the responsibilities efficiently

Our primary responsibilities included: Crowd Control & Line Management – Ensuring smooth movement of devotees and managing queues Serving the Public & VIPs – Assisting in distributing refreshments and meals. Kitchen Assistance – Helping in cooking and serving food. General Support – Providing assistance wherever necessary to maintain order.

I learnt that to control a crowd you need patience and a good quality of leadership. We need to be someone who leads not the one to orders
