Local rally for scout of Guides of THR BHARAT SCOUTS OF GUIDES, Karnataka state, Dakshina kannada District was held on 01-NOV-2019 to 03- NOV 2019

On 01-NOV 2019 we the Rovers and rangers of the St.Philomena College Reached the camp site at 8:30 am. Then we had out break fast. After that the rooms are assigned to us for the stay and we kept our belonging there.

Later we moved to Camp site and get prepared for Flag: From here out actual service was started. We arranged for flag ceremony. After that we made the scouts and guides and students to stand in line.  At the time of 9:30 the start ceremony was held.

After the flag ceremony we sent the scout and guides for the Hall where the various instructions are given to the scout and guides by Leader of Camp. Though it is the rally there were various pioneering project which was meant for playing. Before conducting the each of the rovers and rangers were given the incharge of various pioneering projects. The pioneerings such as Seesa bride, Mary go round, Monkey bridge, etc were there. There were also the games such as kims games, identifying the names of animals, birds, places of India etc.

At the time of 1:00pm the Lunch were served for scout and guides. The servers were we the rovers and rangers. The lunch was provided till 2:30pm.

After the Lunch the card which is consisting of names of several games were distributed for scout and guides. The duty of scout and guides are, after finishing each game they had to tick that card and to take the sign from each rovers or rangers who is incharge of that game.

The games were started at 3:00pm. I took the incharge of identifying the names of animals. All the scouts and guides were came and shared their knowledge: The games lasted for 5:00pm.

Later light breakfast was served .

At the time of 5:30 we took the scout and guides for nearby stream. There they played and enjoyed a lot until 6:30. There we gathered them together and took back to camp area.

At the time of 7:00 all were seated in camp area. Then little free was given to scouts and guides. There was also a staff meeting to all the teachers who attended the camp. At that time out duty is to look after the scouts.

Dinner was served at 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Then we had fire camp till 9:30pm. After that everyone are sent to rooms. At the time of 10:30 lights were off.

Next day wakeup call for all the scout and guides were given by us on 5:30 am

(2nd- NOV-2019)

Then they were let to fresh up. At the time of 6:30 am all of them gathered for BP-6 exercise lead by their teachers and us. It was early morning and our campsite was filled with full on snow. BP 6 was winded up at 7:00am.

Then the time was given dress change. At the time of 7:30 am all of us gathered for flag host.

At the time of 8:15am all of the scout and guides were sent to have their breakfast which was served by us. All of us enjoyed the morning breakfast.

On that day various games were organised for scout and guides. The games was drawing, cooking, kims games etc.

I was busy in that day because i have assigned the work of typing report of whole camp. Hence I didn’t attend those competitions’. My work was lasted at the time of 4:30pm.

In-between lunch break and judgement of the competitions was also done.

The camp was winded up on the same day at time of 6:00pm.

We stayed for next day. Our main responsibility was to reset the time site.

Hence we started our resetting work on 03-NOV-2019. At the time of 9:00am. There was total 15 rovers on that day. At the time of 12:30pm we done all our work. The native people appreciated work.  All are happy.

At the time of 1:30pm we all returned to our home.
