This is a service project cooperated with a service centre for the hearing impaired children (The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf) in Kowloon City, Hong Kong. The Kim's Game and the Knots teaching are aimed to introduce Scouting to the hearing-impaired children (aged from 5-11). We also prepared balloon twisting for them to arouse their interest . 2 leaders with 14 cub scouts organized the event, and there were about 20 participants joined the event.
