Service during moenlam chenpo
I was inspired by the cooperation and support of the senior scouts who paved the way for us. Their guidance and dedication motivated me to continue their efforts, learn from their experiences, and contribute meaningfully to the scouting community.
We divided ourselves into different groups, with each group responsible for tasks such as waste management, crowd control, and serving. We provided our services to ensure that the program ran smoothly and successfully, while making the organisers’ work easier and helping to keep the venue clean and organised.
The project had a positive impact by helping the program run smoothly and reducing the workload of the organisers. Our efforts in waste management helped keep the place clean, while crowd control and serving ensured better organisation and support for the participants. It also strengthened teamwork, responsibility, and cooperation among the scouts.
Through this project, I learned the importance of proper waste management, helping others, effective time management, and teamwork and cooperation. These lessons helped me understand the value of keeping our surroundings clean, supporting others, using time wisely, and working together to achieve common goals.
