38 scouts of Haa and nearby dzongkhags, 10 cooks, 22 staffs of various schools under Haa dzongkhag lended a helping hand in 5 day Moelam Chenmo presided over by Jekhenpo the Chief Abbot of Bhutan. The program was attended by about 10000 plus devotees. The volunteers provided aid in cooking, cutting and serving meals. Also conducted a cleaning campaign after the event was over.
