Serve the community to abide Scout Principle
The project has implemented during the annual celebration of St' Gabriel. Dire Dawa is the centre for religious tourists during December and July who stay and cross the city for Kulubi Gabriel's annual ceremony. During the celebration, there is a large volume of traffic flow and the movement of tourists from and within the city. Scouts have contributed to reducing traffic congestion, reducing the travelling duration and traffic accidents occurring due to the extraordinary movements of people.
