This "Seedlings For Sustainability" project took us over 3 weeks as we filled the trays and containers with soil and planted the seeds in the trays and containers. We managed to water the trays and containers daily for over 3 weeks period. The trays and containers were placed outside where the seeds got sunshine as well as shade for germination. We watered the trays and containers daily as this helped in the germination process. We had an exciting time carrying out this project. Seeing the seeds germinate into seedlings was amazing. This process was very helpful as the seedlings will be planted in our backyard home gardens and this will reduce our expenses of buying vegetables. Now we will be able to get fresh vegetables raight in our home backyard gardens. I hope this project inspires other people.
