Scouts Serves and Innovates

Participants were organized into groups to map specific zones—such as walkways, classrooms, gardens, and shared spaces—and apply systematic task division. Using tools such as gloves, bags, and tongs, each group practiced process planning, structured execution, and efficient resource use while navigating real-world constraints.
Collected materials underwent classification, measurement, and categorization with guidance from process mentors (ESWM team and CENRO). Students practiced information sorting, pattern recognition, and data-based evaluation, allowing them to understand workflow efficiency and improve future system designs.
The initiative reinforced collaborative problem-solving, system organization, and youth-driven innovation, enabling participants to experience hands-on application of design thinking principles while enhancing the functionality and quality of shared learning spaces. #LifeLeaders #ScoutPh #ScoutforSDGS
