Earthquake Mock drill was observed on 21st September 2017 in the schools across the nation. As Mongar HSS is situated in one of the seismic zoone, Mock Drill prepares the students and provides experience & a sense of competence if a earthquake actually strikes in the school. Scouts goes to search and rescue the students who are stranded in the classrooms and other areas after receiving the list of the missing students during the head count. Scouts has an important role, i.e. Search and Rescue Team in times of any disaster. 650 students along with 50 staffs of Mongar HSS participated in the drill.
