By Mid. December 2018 scouts with help  of 10,000 Emergency Grant had performed activities i.e.

1) Building 8 temporary houses,

2) Trauma Healing for Kids,

3) Running 11 Scouts Disaster Response Shelters in Palu, Kajaralemba, Silae, Labuan Vilage, Lapangan Nunu, Tondo, Duyu, North Birubuli, Citra Alam, Sinduie and Tawaili,

4)Cleaning the disaster-affected houses,

5)Coordinating and distributing logistics to 10 refugee camps where around 5,000 refugees lived.

During the implementation, Scouts of Central Sulawesi were helped by Scouts Volunteers coming from South Sulawesi, Maluku, West Java, East Java, Gorontalo, East Kalimantan, and East Nusa Tenggara. They Also coordinated with and supported by Makorem Tadulako Central Shelter, Logistic Division, Search and Rescue Team, Social Department, Health Department and also the National Ministry of Health.
