A lot of stigma surrounds Mental Health, and a large gap exists between availability of mental health services and the number of people in need of them.
The Mental Well-being of young people was put at stake by the COVID-19 pandemic, with them being exposed to many stressors.
If not addressed, these issues may extend into late adulthood, impairing both their physical and mental health, and limiting their opportunities to lead fulfilling lives as adults.

Phase 2 involved mental health outreach programs(schools, churches and organized youth groups;) 'Psychological First Aid trainings; Psychosocial camps; Physical Wellness activities( hikes ,yoga and zumba)
