Since beginning of September, Scout organization of Serbia has begun the implementation of project "Scouts - Guardians оf nature" that has been sported by Serbian Minister of Agriculture and Environment. The goal of this project is to raise awareness about Environment and Environmental protection. In first month of the project the Eco-handbook was created and the planing of training for ECO-Educators was developed. Also Scout organization of Serbia got and "Scout Environmental Fighter" that was named "Reciklaško (Recycle Man)". The training was held from 14th to 16th of October in scout center "Ždrelo" near Petrovac na Mlava. In cooperation with local scout group "Mlava" in Saturday morning more than 40 participants of the training have helped with the rebuilding of a children's playground. After that the participants got the knowledge and skills how to plan and carry out environmental projects with their local units after the seminar. They will complete their local environmental projects until 15th of November.
