We invited Philippine Red Cross - Valenzuela City Chapter Volunteer Instructors to teach and train the Scouts in the following topics: 1. First-Aid 2. Bandaging 3. Transfer / Carry 4. Basic Life Support & Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation 5. Immobilization / Splinting 6. Using Spine Board Each Scout was required to take a written exam and practical/situational drills. For Scouts who will pass the mentioned exams and drill, they will receive a Certificate of Attendance and a Certification of Completion. In support of the Philippine Red Cross, the Scouts voluntarily registered to the Valenzuela City Chapter as members of the Red Cross Youth.
