50 scouts of Azerbaijan participated in Leadership Training in Turkey. Turkey Scouting federation sent the young people to LTK leadership courses for young people in Lenkoran to be away from bad habits. They acquainted with the patrol system, divided into patruls and act as a work of patrols .They hiked in the woods and it was near many sections of oak wood and there were a lot of extra woods, this is why they started to make the things from wood and rope -such as garbage case, clothes holder, fence, door, etc. Then right way of fire making, rope ties, animal protection, organization of night trips and the main part - individual children treatment were taught.right treatment rules with the age groups of 11-15, ways of increasing children's interest, which trainings they need to be provided and ways to be prepared, including general information about TIF and the most interesting part - usual ceremonies in the camps, rules of how to organize them were taught as well. There were interesting games and activities at fire camp in the evenings. Most of the games were theatrical and farewell ceremonies impressed special wonderful feelings.
