Scouts aims to build skills of their own.🎊
Most of the students are only studying through theory classes and through small activities.They are not practically engaged in learning sth new for their better skills.we should not only focus only in theory class when other countries are learning it through techincal ways. So scouts wants the members of school to create sth new which it would be advantage for them.
I implemented that project on making geography model and all the classes from 6 to 10 were engrossly engaged in building their own assigned model. There were also teachers who supported us in suggesting on our model.
All the members including staff, non staffs and students (462) were benefitted by the programs. I was able to communicate well with them when I was going around to see their model. I also gained skills like critical thinking, decision making and creativity through communication.
I had got lots of knowledges which I couldn't not express it. I guess Interacting with other and changing stranger into friends is important so that we can able to gain lots of skill, lessons and knowledges from them. I would like to make it better in next time by trying my best to provide materials required while constructing model.
