Scouts in action for peace

People of the village were having tough time getting labor to demolish the old guest house, so that they can build the new guest house. That is where, me with my scout children and adult leaders decided to help them demolish the old guest house.
First I met with the local leaders of the village and discussed about their plan. Then I called the scout children living near by the village and the scout leaders as well. Everyone agreed to help the villagers.
Around 3000 people living in the village benefitted through this project because the guest house was very helpful to them when the people from other places visited their place. So, demolishing the old guest house was very important for the people of village.
Through the project I was able to experience the rural life. And also get to know the rich culture of the places.
