Kengkhar Scouts with the school and the community celebrated the day with butter lighting, Zabten to our Druk Gyalpo His Majesty Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk ( Patron of the Scout Association of Bhutan)  followed by many cultural programs.

All those present  on that day pledged to clean up the area by picking up the trash and by not littering around.We all promised to be kind to animals and to adopt stray dogs collaboratively.

The Programes were attended by 560 students, 200 people from the community, 45 school staffs and 10 local leaders.
