From February 19 to 25, 2025, the 7th National COMDECA was held at the hard point of the Jamuna River in Bangladesh, where around 5,000 Rovers and Girl-in-Rovers from across the country participated.

The COMDECA included various types of services typically carried out by Rovers. Among them, in Service 6, there was a project to set up a hygienic toilet. For this project, we went to the home of an elderly woman in Raniganj, Sirajganj, where there was no sanitary latrine. Together, we built a latrine for her.
She could hardly believe it. She never imagined that she would no longer have to relieve herself in an undignified manner. Overwhelmed with happiness and emotion, tears flowed from her eyes. Placing her hand gently on our heads, she said:
"Rovers, may you stay well and keep the country well."
