Scout Traffic Support for Community Safety
We were inspired to ensure road safety during busy public events. As Scouts, we felt responsible to help people cross roads safely, reduce accidents, and support the community. Our motivation came from our duty to serve and create peace in public spaces.
During national and religious events, our Scout team supported traffic control with local authorities. We guided pedestrians, helped manage crowds, and assisted in ensuring smooth movement of traffic. Each day, several Scouts worked in shifts wearing uniforms and safety vests.
We learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and patience while managing crowds and traffic. We gained confidence in communication and public service. This project taught us how Scouts can play a vital role in ensuring community safety and peace during busy public events.
