New scout patrols were created in Salyan and Neftchala. Travelling to the regions within "the Scouts to the South" project has started on 27 December 2016. The second visit was on December 28 to Salyan and Neftchala regions. The aim of the visit was to create new scout patrols by the help of trained scout leaders. Within the visit new scout patrols were created in these two regions. It should be noted that the project "the Scouts to the south " is carried out by the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan with the support of Messenger of Peace. 9 districts are participating in the project.
