New scout patrols were created in Jalilabad and Masalli. Travelling to the regions within "the Scouts to the South" project has started on 27 December 2016. The first visit was on December 27 to Jalilabad and Masalli regions. The aim of the visits was to create new scout patrols by the help of trained scout leaders. Within the visit new scout patrols were created in these two regions. It should be noted that the project "the Scouts to the south " is carried out by the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan with the support of Messenger of Peace. 9 districts are participating in the project.
