LABUAN - Malaysia Labuan Scouts Association held a first meeting of the Council Scout Leader of Labuan FT chaired by the State Chief Scout Commissioner Skip Hong Heng Chee. A total of 16 troops representing 10 primary schools and six secondary school has sent representatives to participate in this meeting. In this meeting also presented a tentative registration procedures and training programs to be implemented in 2017. Shortly after the meeting, the delivery of the 2017 new year message was also held in the same hall.
