30 cubs and 30 scouts received their scarves and membership badges after undergoing training for more than 9 months. The investiture ceremony was graced by Dasho Drungpa (District Administrator Officer) whereby he gave an inspiring talk to the new members who officially became the part of WOSM. About 2 hours long program was an integral part of ceremony as it gave immense happiness to the young members after waiting for 9 months.
