Scout Green Project
I am motivated because I want to create a comfortable and clean environment and avoid a dirty environment. I also believe that even small actions, such as picking up trash, can create a huge positive impact if we do it consistently. This project is not only about cleanliness, but also about responsibility, awareness, and leadership. Through the Scout Green Project, I want to show that we, as scouts, can be role models for others in protecting the environment.
I conducted this project with my friends who live near the school. The goal of this project is to clean up the surrounding environment by picking up trash scattered around me, separating organic and non-organic waste, and encouraging people to dispose of their trash properly.
What I can learn from this project is, don’t throw rubbish carelessly and love the earth by throwing rubbish in its place, not just anywhere. I also learned that even small actions, when done together, can bring a big impact to our environment. This project taught me the value of teamwork, responsibility, and consistency. By working hand in hand with my friends, I realized that keeping the environment clean is not a one-time action, but a habit that we must continue every day.
