The scouts of Dungtse Central School had camped at Chaling PS from 19th to 20th October 2019. The aim of the camping was;

1. To get exposure and experience for overnight camping.

2. To use theory lessons in the practical field.

3. To build community relations.

In total 27 scouts and three scout leaders and one non-scout joined the program. They started their journey at 10:00 Am from Dungtse CS and reached the camp(Chaling) at 4:30 PM. The scouts got the opportunity to prepare food and had a campfire in the evening. The next day they had played games that had a valuable lesson. All the scouts found the camping worthwhile. Their return journey back to the school started at 10:30 AM and reached the school at 4:30 PM.
