This year, Phuntshothang School Scout Association's scarf awarding ceremony was done uniquely with presence of Khenpo and commissioner where 365 Chey Chey Scouts (Classes PP-III), 115 Nachung Scouts (IV-VI) and Nazhoen VII-X) took an oath during o scouting. The programme was for a day where many parents came to witness the ceremony giving prior importance to scouting. The participants were given the refreshments and ended the programme with cultural extravaganza.
