"Save mother earth from drowning in trash."

Although it was a small contribution, I did my best because of my strong interest in biology and nature. I wanted to give back to Mother Nature, protect the environment, and make a positive difference through my efforts. I believe that even small actions, when done with dedication and care, can contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.

After being dismissed from class, my classmates and I began our cleaning activity by walking from our school towards town (GMC), carrying sacks and collecting different types of waste, including plastic, metal, and rubber. We covered approximately one kilometre while picking up litter along the way. After collecting the waste, we helped load the sacks filled with rubbish onto garbage trucks for proper disposal. Through this activity, we worked together to keep our surroundings clean and contribute to a healthier environment.

The main lesson I learned was that waste is found everywhere, and cleaning the entire area alone would be nearly impossible. However, with teamwork, cooperation, and mutual support, we were able to make a meaningful difference. This experience taught me that collective efforts, no matter how small, can help create a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone.
