Plastic is one of the reason why every typhoon create floods in the city. Plastic can cause floods by stock in all drainage because it is a solid material that can block the water flow of canal. Despite of Super Typhoon Rolly, San Mateo Municipal Rover Scouts Mission Circle 10 SANGALAB continue their project and advocacy entitled Plastic Zero.

The main beneficiary and venue of this project is located at Timberland, Barangay Guitnang Bayan 1, San Mateo, Rizal. Timberland is one of the famous tourist attraction in San Mateo, Rizal. Most of people their do jogging and biking for having and maintaining their good health in life. The other side of the story most of people after dringking water and eating their food they just throw their thrash anywhere they want, that kind of scenario, it may cause damage to the environment. This is the reason why SANGALAB Circle 10 iniate this kind of project. 

Plastic Zero is an environmental long term project of SANGALAB Circle 10 to keep the environment clean and green. The aim of project is to get all plastic bottles and recycle them, others, will be sell on junk shop to fund the other circle's project.
