Rover Vigil is a two day activity consisting of lectures and seminars which hope to instill in our scouts and their importance in helping rebuild our nation. The project is in line with the goal of five sections of the scout movement to develop the skills for self-reliance, and character development among the Rovers on the basis of Scout Oath and Scout Law.
