The Rover Cirlce 12 of Cabanatuan City Council conducted its annual Rover Scout Vigil at BSP CAMP, Palayan City. It was attended by 350 rover aspirants which undergone leadership and teambuilding activities. The vigil was facilitated by 50 volunteer rover scouts.
