This gathering of rover scouts was held in conjunction with UN International Youth Day, Rover Centenary, establishment of District Rover Scout Council, district Disaster and Risk Management. The national rover scout council chair and a KLKM B-P Award holder shared their experiences with some 40 attendees. The chief state commissioner of KLKM, district commissioner, district chair also graced the gathering.
