Rover Runs - UWI Rover Scout Crew

Every Wednesday evening during the semester, the Rovers of the UWI Rover Scout Crew host a FREE exercise and fitness run, with FREE water, FREE self defence lessons and FREE mental health tips to members of the public of Trinidad and Tobago and more specifically students and teachers of the University of the West Indies and its surrounding community. The Rover Run is aimed at promoting and working towards the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goal of 'Good Health and Well Being'. The Runs take place every Wednesday starting at 6:30pm on a field at the University and the participants make their way around the Campus while stopping at different points to do different bodyweight exercises and stretching. Sometimes, team building activities and games are added to make it more fun as well as guest appearances!
