13 October 2017, The Scout Association of Malaysia conducted a workshop for basic management skill and forming a committee to centralized all the filings in Headquarters of Malaysia Scout to the grassroots level. In this workshop, all the participant was exposed to the standard of filing used in National Archive of Malaysia. Also, brainstorming to create a new coding system and eas to access from all level of scouting management in Malaysia.
