Road Safety Campaign

Barddhaman Sadar District Association, The Bharat Scouts & Guides, West Bengal, celebrated Road Safety Week in Barddhaman Town.
Scouts, Guides, Rovers & Rangers were divided into 3 groups of 15 each for this seven days campaign. Each group was given a particular point of the town which faces traffic jams.
The places where we randered Service were : 1) Barddhaman Railway Station road junction
                                                                          2) Curzon Gate road junction
                                                                          3) Birhata Bridge road junction  

Leaflets of road safety were distributed among the citizens of Barddhaman. The scouts, guides, rovers & rangers worked for 6 hours each day by controlling traffic of the town and spreading awareness on safety measures.
