Road Safety Awareness Program
The situation of roads in Bangladesh has been a subject of concern and significant attention over the years. As a densely populated country with a rapidly growing economy, Bangladesh faces several challenges in maintaining and developing its road infrastructure to meet the increasing demands of its population and the transportation sector. One of the major issues affecting the road situation in Bangladesh is road safety.
Our scout group made people aware about road safety and gave leaflets to drivers at sector-7 in Uttara in Dhaka.
About 155 people benefited from this project. The community undertook various projects to expand and upgrade the road network and to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall road network management.
Road safety awareness activities helps individuals become more knowledgeable, responsible, and proactive in promoting road safety. These learnings contribute to creating a safer and more secure road environment for all road users.
