Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides organise a Reusable Warm clothes Distribution programme to celebrate the National Youth Day on 12/01/2019 at Kalkut Basti, Alipurduar Jn.    In this programme we distributed the warm cloths to the needy people of Kalkut Basti. After completing programme the local villagers were very happy to get the cloths.And we also promise them to organise other projects at their locality.
