Restoration of Water Source for the School.
The willingness, the love and affection to my learners and staff motivated me to start this project.
After the school’s water source was damaged by the flood on 5th October 2025, Bukkey Primary School restored the drinking water supply with the support of Samtse Enterprise and Mr. Palden Lepcha Dorji, who donated two rolls of 55 mm water pipes.
The staff members carried out the restoration work together despite difficult terrain and challenging conditions, successfully ensuring safe drinking water for staff and students.
Through this project, I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and community service. I also gained practical experience in problem-solving and working under challenging conditions. Most importantly, the project taught me the value of cooperation and helping the community to ensure the wellbeing of staff and students.
