REPAINTING THE DISABLE CENTRE WALL
Scout members of South Kinta (Malaysia) and Friends of Scouting (Hong Kong) to repaint the disable centre wall. The scouts corporate with Global Artwork Centre to design the theme of The Little Mermaid. This design can make the people there feel happy and relax when they are staying in the centre.
