Rehabilitation of defective masts in public schools!

Scouts messengers of peace in the city of Abidjan are committed to rehabilitate defective masts in public schools to educate young people in citizenship. The mast is considered as a symbol of education, cohesion and a gathering . Rovers scouts of Mahatma Gandhi community made three masts in schools in the districts of Abata , N'Gnanda and Gbaba ( Bingerville ) and offered several flags in the national colors to the managers of these schools. the making of masts was initiated by the scouts to show young people the importance of their presence in schools , for helping the students to know and sing their national anthem ( "Abidjanaise": name of anthem ) . this project is to inspire other young people to practice the citizenship. This project will continue to progress with rehabilitation of masts in the 11 public schools of districts Scouts of the Abidjan region. Education and child protection is the theme of the Scout year of rovers scouts in the city of Abidjan.
