The Regional Level Tribal/Garmeen Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers Meet was organized by the Regional Headquarter, N.E. Region at State Training Centre, Maligaon, N.F. Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides, from 16th - 20th February, 2015 in which 129 participants from Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, N.F.Rly. including 09 staff members attended the Meet. During the Meet, Physical Display, State Exposition, Slogan Writing, Painting Competition, Cultural Exchange, Folk Song, Folk Dance, State Marriage Ceremony, Festival of State, Traditional Musical Instrument, State Exhibition, Food Plaza, Vocational Craft, Youth Forum and Group Discussion etc. competitions were conducted, Integration Games also enjoyed by participants. Senssion on BSG Magazine, BSG Foundation, Free Being Me and Messengers of Peace were also taken place. The Free Being Me Session was taken by Mr. Ch. Birendrakumar ROC(S), NER and Mr. Ranjit Kr. Das of Assam and Messengers of Peace were taken by Mr. Gary James, SOC(S) of Meghalaya, MOP Coordinator and Mr. Ranjit Kr. Das of Assam State. Power point presentation and related videos were shown during the session. The Valedictory Function and Grand Camp Fire were organized in the evening on 19th February, 2015. Where State Officials of N.F. Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides were invited and graced the valedictory function as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour of the function. Others invitees and dignitaries were also present in the function. During the function, distribution of Mementos and Shield were presented to the repersenting and winning States and also to the Staff Members. The Meet was conducted by Ch. Birendrakumar Singh, ROC (Scout), NE Region ably assisted by Mr. Prafulla Kalita, ASTC(S)/ALT(S) of Arunachal Pradesh, Mr. Azharuddin Ahmed, ALT(S) Assam, Miss Namita Brahma, Pre-ALT (G) Assam, Mr. Ranjit Kr. Das, HWB(R) of Assam, Mr. Th. Bhaktaraj Singh SOC(S)/Pre-ALT(S) Manipur, Mr. Kholie Dolf, HWB(S)/ Former SOC(S) Nagaland, Mr. Samir Chowdhury, Dist. Secretary/ HWB (S), N.F.Railway and Miss. Jutika Sarma, HWB (G) N.F.Rly. All faith prayer meeting was conducted on 20th February, 2015.
