The bharat scouts and guides himachal pradesh state headquarters organised a refresher and reorientation course for DOC/DTC at GSSS, REWALSAR, Distt. Mandi from 16th to 20th April 2016. In this workshop we are discussing about ammendments in APRO 1,2,3, SOT (S/G). There are also introduced MOP, STV and Surf smart for the adult leaders on this event. The total number of the the adult leaders including staff is 45 in this training programme.
